Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: 
Design and execute integrated product marketing strategies across key digital channels, including owning and managing the 4-month launch plan, campaign timelines, messaging frameworks, and demand generation tactics.

- Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Plan and execute content strategies including Content Marketing & SEO to increase organic traffic and brand authority.
Manage performance marketing activities such as OTA ads, SEM, display, social media campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to create authentic and engaging travel-related content that promotes product adoption and brand affinity.
Work with external marketing agencies when necessary to develop creative assets, media buying strategies, and campaign executions.

- Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and coordinate GTM plans for new product/feature launches or seasonal travel campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to continuously optimize marketing activities.
- Project & Team Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness, including managing junior team members as needed.
- Brand & Communication Oversight: Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in travel, tourism industries.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer campaigns).
- Strong grasp of campaign management, analytics, and performance marketing tools.
- Strategic thinker able to connect marketing goals to business outcomes.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, willing to learn and experiment.

Junior Business Development (Tourism)

Responsibilities
- Manage and provide mentoring to the QA/Tester team regarding script writing, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
- Design and architect Automation Testing Frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API services using tools like Playwright (Web UI), Postman (API), and n8n to manage efficient and scalable testing workflows.
- Analyze test results, report software quality via bug tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to accelerate fixes and verify them in subsequent cycles.
- Oversee automated testing schedules within an Agile/Sprint framework. Define project scope, requirements, and risks to significantly reduce manual testing time.
- Integrate automation suites into the CI/CD Pipeline to ensure automated quality checks at every deployment stage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in Software Testing, with at least 3 years specifically in Test Automation(portfolio or project demonstration required).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, standard testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Analytical thinker capable of diagnosing complex defects and proposing systematic solutions with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to developers and provide concise quality reports to stakeholders.

Lead Automation Tester (Subsidairy Company)

Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS Infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS) using Terraform and configure complex Networking (VPC, Routing).
- Maintain Frontend/Backend (.NET, PHP) and leverage AI Tools (Cursor, AWS Bedrock, n8n) to automate workflows.
- Enhance GitLab CI/CD pipelines to achieve faster Time-to-Market.
- Implement Monitoring/Logging and manage Vulnerability Management based on CVE/CPE standards.
- Optimize cloud spending and system performance while leading incident troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Software Development.
