Responsibilities:
- Develop Go-to-Market strategy, new revenue and growth opportunities for a Travel application, based on market data, seasonality, and their booking process
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), hotels, government sectors and travel operators
- Own and optimize OTA channel strategy, including pricing structure, promotional campaigns, visibility ranking, and seasonal activation plans to maximize sales performance
- Translate company revenue and cost targets into clear monthly and quarterly growth plans, aligning Finance, Marketing, and Operations
- Allocate and optimize budget across OTAs, strategic partnerships, online channels, and offline agents to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and channel performance
- Work closely with Marketing, Business, and Tech teams, including briefing creative directions, campaign objectives, and product positioning, to ensure strategies are executable and commercially viable
- Provide regular data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and performance improvement

Qualification:
- 4–6 years of experience in Strategy, Growth, or Commercial roles, preferably in tourism, OTA, travel tech, logistics, or platform businesses
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using Excel / Google Sheets, financial models, and performance dashboards
- Familiar with digital performance data (GA4, CRM, booking data), with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions
- Proven experience in B2B partnerships, including negotiation and ongoing relationship management with OTAs, hotels, agents, or vendors
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition economics, including CAC, ROI, and funnel conversion

Junior Business Development (Tourism)

Responsibilities
- Manage and provide mentoring to the QA/Tester team regarding script writing, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
- Design and architect Automation Testing Frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API services using tools like Playwright (Web UI), Postman (API), and n8n to manage efficient and scalable testing workflows.
- Analyze test results, report software quality via bug tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to accelerate fixes and verify them in subsequent cycles.
- Oversee automated testing schedules within an Agile/Sprint framework. Define project scope, requirements, and risks to significantly reduce manual testing time.
- Integrate automation suites into the CI/CD Pipeline to ensure automated quality checks at every deployment stage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and inquiries.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that fit their payment gateway requirements.
- Sales Development:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily and monthly transactions between the company&apos;s records and bank statements.
- Prepare daily cash transfers and international fund transfers.
- Process daily transaction activities including Settlement, Void, Refund, and Chargeback.
- Prepare monthly service invoices for merchants and manage Withholding Tax (WHT) reports.
- Develop financial dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and the board of directors.
- Utilize reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
