Network Engineer (Onsite)

• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and administering network infrastructure.  
• Ensuring the security of all networks and infrastructure.  
• Contributing to audit processes, documentation, and technical drawings.  
• Providing technical support for network infrastructure.  
• Designing, testing, and implementing changes to networks while minimizing and mitigating risks.  
• Implementing new projects as per customer requests and internal company needs.  
• Visiting client sites as required for installations, patching, connectivity, testing, etc.  
• Participating in on-call rotations and overtime when necessary.  

 
The following is required:  

• Experience in Configuring and maintaining the network infrastructure, including significant and minor configuration changes, software updates, and hardware changes/refreshes.  
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident response/reporting, and learning from incidents.  
• Operational experience and proficiency with the following networking technologies: Catalyst and Nexus switching families, Firewalls (Palo Alto, Firepower), ASR and ISR series routers, Wireless and Voice technologies  
• Operational experience with Spine-Leaf VXLAN deployments.  
• Working knowledge of the TCP/IP and OSI models.  
• Solid skills in Routing and Switching, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols, as well as spanning tree.  
• Familiarity with L4-7 services integration in a data center environment.  
• Good practical working knowledge of network security.  
• Cisco CCNP certification is beneficial(or demonstrable experience).
