Key Responsibilities
- ศึกษาและติดตามแนวโน้มด้าน AI, HR Technology และ Workforce Transformation เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานด้านบุคคล
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและทดลองใช้งาน AI Tools เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการ HR
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงนำเสนอ Insight เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ
- จัดทำเอกสาร งานวิจัย และ Presentation เกี่ยวกับ AI Adoption และการพัฒนาประสบการณ์พนักงาน
- ค้นคว้าและเปรียบเทียบ Best Practices ด้าน HR Technology และ AI จากองค์กรชั้นนำทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม People Excellence และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการผลักดันโครงการด้าน AI และ HR Innovation
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขา Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนใจด้าน AI, HR Technology และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีกับงานด้านบุคคล
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office, Google Workspace และเครื่องมือ AI เช่น ChatGPT, Copilot หรือ Gemini ได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
- หากมีความรู้ด้าน Data Visualization, HRIS หรือ Prompt Engineering จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
