Business Analyst – Digital Sustainability

Job Overview:  
We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our team and serve as a critical bridge between internal stakeholders and clients. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, coordinating between teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of sustainable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to navigate a dynamic environment and support the overall success of our projects.  

 
Key Responsibilities:  
1.Requirements Gathering & Analysis:  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.  
  -Translate client needs into clear and actionable requirements for System Analysts, and development teams.  
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions and their alignment with business objectives.  

 
2. Process Mapping & Documentation:  

• Develop process flows, business use cases, and functional requirements to support project execution.  
• Document project deliverables, workflows, and communication plans for seamless collaboration.  
• Maintain up-to-date records of requirements, changes, and project outcomes.  

 
Qualifications  

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in technology-driven environments or sustainability-focused projects.  
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.  
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data analytics tools, or sustainability reporting solutions is a plus.  
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements documentation.  
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, data integration, and system workflows is a bonus  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects.  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
