System Engineer

What We Want?  

• Responsible for implementation, configuration and maintenance system according to standard identify and comply with guideline related Windows platform support  
• Supporting day-to-day operation incident and change  
• Support standby on-call support or remote support  
• Support customers’ request and troubleshooting customer’s problems  
• With pro-active tool, monitor, evaluate (performance, availability and reliability) and suggest for system health status and improvement  
• Perform system refreshment(up-firmware), installation and migration  
• Assign storage to servers  
• Manage enterprise storage and virtualization environment  

 
Who are looking for?  

• 5-10 Years work experience on Operating system Windows, Server, Storage, Virtualization, and other related products  
• Good understanding of VMware, Microsoft and storage is necessary  
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
• Good understanding of using backup software, such as Veeam  
• Good understanding of network infrastructures such as VLAN, network routing, firewall  
• Positive attitude and good service mind  
• Knowledge in AI and the ability to use AI-related tools and technologies
