Conduct active sourcing for entry- to mid-level positions
Perform resume screening and initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical team requirements
Recruitment Data Analysis & Insights
Manage and regularly update recruitment data systems and dashboards to track candidate status across each stage of the recruitment pipeline (Pipeline Management)
-Prepare summary reports and analyze recruitment performance across various sourcing channels
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently coordinate and interact with candidates and professionals in technical roles
Demonstrates analytical thinking and is proficient in Microsoft Excel or basic data management tools
