Talent Acquisition Internship (Sourcing & Data Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Active Sourcing & Candidate Acquisition  

• Conduct active sourcing for entry- to mid-level positions  
• Perform resume screening and initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical team requirements  

2. Recruitment Data Analysis & Insights  

• Manage and regularly update recruitment data systems and dashboards to track candidate status across each stage of the recruitment pipeline (Pipeline Management)  
  -Prepare summary reports and analyze recruitment performance across various sourcing channels  

 
Qualifications:  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently coordinate and interact with candidates and professionals in technical roles  
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and is proficient in Microsoft Excel or basic data management tools
