Business Development Manager (Subsidiary company)

Position Overview:  
The Business Development Manager will drive growth and expansion for the Payment Gateway business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored payment solutions to clients. The ideal candidate is experienced in business development, with a strong understanding of payment systems and a results-driven mindset.  

 
Key Responsibilities:  
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:  
-Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.  
-Develop strategies to penetrate emerging sectors like e-commerce, fintech, and SMEs.  
Strategic Partnerships:  
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.  
-Negotiate and close deals that align with business objectives.  
Solution Development:  
-Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized payment solutions.  
-Ensure solutions meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.  
Sales Process Enhancement:  
-Work closely with sales teams to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.  
-Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings and services.  
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:  
-Track and analyze business development metrics to measure success.  
-Present findings and recommendations to senior management.  

 
Requirements:  
-Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably in the fintech or payment industry.  
-Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital payment systems, including online payment gateways.  
-Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.  
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.  
-Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  
-Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Google G-Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.  
-Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).  
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
