Job Description  

 

  • Grow Our Presence : Seek out new customers and create opportunities to expand our BFSI client base. Actively research market trends and untapped segments to build and bolster business pipelines.  
  • Nurture Key Accounts : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with major clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and consistently delivering meaningful solutions.  
  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Monitor progress, analyze results, and fine-tune approaches to meet and exceed sales targets.  
  • Tailor Winning Proposals : Gather client requirements to prepare compelling quotes, proposals, and presentations. Demonstrate how our solutions give a competitive edge, solving real-world challenges in the BFSI sector.  
  • Close the Deal : Negotiate contract terms and conditions to finalize agreements with confidence. Work collaboratively to ensure mutual value and long-lasting partnerships.  
  • Team & Partner Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences. Coordinate with partners, vendors, and distributors to secure optimal solutions and pricing.  
  • Market Insight & Competitor Analysis : Dive deep into clients’ market positioning, product/service offerings, and unique selling points. Stay abreast of competitive moves in the BFSI ecosystem to shape proactive and effective sales strategies.
