AI Developer Internship

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Develop and test ML/DL models  
• Design and enhance AI-powered tools  
• Prepare and analyze datasets for model training and evaluation  
• Collaborate with People Team and data scientists on HR-focused AI solutions  
• Write clean, maintainable code for data pipelines and model deployment  
• Monitor and improve model performance  
• Support data visualization and analytics dashboard development  

 
Qualifications :  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field  
• Hands-on experience or academic knowledge in building AI models using programming languages such as Python, R, or Java  
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras  
• Basic understanding of big data handling and database management  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
