Cyber Security Presale (Solution Architecture / Consultant)

Job Description  

1. Work with sales team and support team to understand customer business and technical requirements by presenting, workshop or assessment.  

 
2. Solutions design and architecture with ensure solutions that suit to customer and agiled with best practices  

 
3. Define Bill of Material(BOM) and sizing  

 
4. Solution write-ups for create technical proposals, SOW, deliverable and conduct for presentation, Support for RFP/RFI,TOR responses  

 
5. Technical Presentation to customer and demo/Proof of Concept(POC) to explain value, differentiators.  

 
6. Commercial and strategy support, service cost estimation  

 
7. Stay updated on new technologies, product enhancements, security standards, and industry trends  

 
Qualification  

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.  

 
2. 2-3 year of IT/security-related experience.  

 
3. Experience in Cyber Security Technology e.g.  

• Network/App/Data Security: Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Network Access Control (NAC), Cloud Web and API Protection (CWAAP), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)  
• Endpoint Security: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP)  
• Cyber Security Operation Center Platform: Security Event and Information Monitoring (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)  
• Public Cloud: AWS, GCP, HWC  

 
4. Willingness to learn and work across multiple security domains.  

 
5. Understanding of enterprise solution architecture and integration.  

 
6. Service-minded with high responsibility and accountability to support customer and sale team  

 
7. Experience in preparing proposal, presentations, and customer engagement
