Finance officer (Subsidairy Company)

Responsibilities:  

• Reconcile daily and monthly transactions between the company's records and bank statements.  
• Prepare daily cash transfers and international fund transfers.  
• Process daily transaction activities including Settlement, Void, Refund, and Chargeback.  
• Prepare monthly service invoices for merchants and manage Withholding Tax (WHT) reports.  
• Develop financial dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and the board of directors.  
• Utilize reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.  
• Support company financial projects and initiatives.  
• Coordinate with the Development team to support the organization when launching new payment channels.  
• Provide support for various financial-related projects.  
• Perform other tasks as assigned.  

 
Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or related areas.  
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and Power BI is an advantage.  
• Fast learner with strong communication skills, high responsibility, and good time management skills.
