Job Descriptions :

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop Go-to-Market strategy, new revenue and growth opportunities for a Travel application, based on market data, seasonality, and their booking process  
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), hotels, government sectors and travel operators  
  • Own and optimize OTA channel strategy, including pricing structure, promotional campaigns, visibility ranking, and seasonal activation plans to maximize sales performance  
  • Translate company revenue and cost targets into clear monthly and quarterly growth plans, aligning Finance, Marketing, and Operations  
  • Allocate and optimize budget across OTAs, strategic partnerships, online channels, and offline agents to maximize efficiency and ROI  
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and channel performance  
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business, and Tech teams, including briefing creative directions, campaign objectives, and product positioning, to ensure strategies are executable and commercially viable  
  • Provide regular data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and performance improvement  

 
Qualification:  

  • 4–6 years of experience in Strategy, Growth, or Commercial roles, preferably in tourism, OTA, travel tech, logistics, or platform businesses  
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using Excel / Google Sheets, financial models, and performance dashboards  
  • Familiar with digital performance data (GA4, CRM, booking data), with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions  
  • Proven experience in B2B partnerships, including negotiation and ongoing relationship management with OTAs, hotels, agents, or vendors  
  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition economics, including CAC, ROI, and funnel conversion  
  • Comfortable working in a startup or early-stage environment with ambiguity and high ownership  
  • Professional fluency in English
