Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales to support the Sales in generating new business opportunities and managing sales operations support.
This role focuses on new customer cold calls, appointment setting, and sales support, helping build a strong sales pipeline and enabling the Sales to focus on customer engagement and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to introduce company solutions and generate leads to listed customers and idenify potential customers
- Arrange meetings between potential clients and the Sales
- Maintain and update prospect and customer information in internal system
- Support sales operations including preparing draft quotations, coordinating documents and collaborating with internal team
- Follow up with prospects and assist in maintaining ongoing client communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, Age 25-30 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Business Development (B2B preferred)
- Knowledge and passion for IT industry/ product/ solution
- Strong communication, proactive and organizational skills
- Good command of English (Japanese is a plus)
