Lead Automation Tester (Subsidairy Company)

Responsibilities  

• Manage and provide mentoring to the QA/Tester team regarding script writing, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.  
• Design and architect Automation Testing Frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API services using tools like Playwright (Web UI), Postman (API), and n8n to manage efficient and scalable testing workflows.  
• Analyze test results, report software quality via bug tracking systems, and collaborate with developers to accelerate fixes and verify them in subsequent cycles.  
• Oversee automated testing schedules within an Agile/Sprint framework. Define project scope, requirements, and risks to significantly reduce manual testing time.  
• Integrate automation suites into the CI/CD Pipeline to ensure automated quality checks at every deployment stage.  

 
Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.  
• Minimum 5 years in Software Testing, with at least 3 years specifically in Test Automation(portfolio or project demonstration required).  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, standard testing methodologies, and Agile/Scrum environments.  
• Analytical thinker capable of diagnosing complex defects and proposing systematic solutions with high attention to detail.  
• Effective communication skills to explain technical issues to developers and provide concise quality reports to stakeholders.  
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.  
• Background in AI-assisted testing or defect analysis.  
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation and test data preparation.  
• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, or Trello.  
• Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM).  
• Office-based 4 days per week (Hybrid).
