Assist in managing employee benefits programs, which include health insurance, retirement plans, and other additional benefits.
Support the planning and implementation of well-being initiatives such as wellness programs, fitness challenges, mental health awareness activities, and more.
Help in analyzing benefits data and preparing reports to assess program effectiveness and employee engagement.
Collaborate with HR team members to effectively communicate benefits information to employees and address any related inquiries.
Research industry trends and best practices in benefits and well-being to contribute innovative ideas.
Participate in team meetings and projects pertaining to HR and organizational development.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Interest in employee benefits, well-being, and HR practices.
