Job Responsibilities  

  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, which include health insurance, retirement plans, and other additional benefits.  
  • Support the planning and implementation of well-being initiatives such as wellness programs, fitness challenges, mental health awareness activities, and more.  
  • Help in analyzing benefits data and preparing reports to assess program effectiveness and employee engagement.  
  • Collaborate with HR team members to effectively communicate benefits information to employees and address any related inquiries.  
  • Research industry trends and best practices in benefits and well-being to contribute innovative ideas.  
  • Participate in team meetings and projects pertaining to HR and organizational development.  

 
Qualifications  

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  
  • Interest in employee benefits, well-being, and HR practices.
