Responsibilities
● Conduct weekly meetings with MFEC affiliates.
● Look for pain points of each company for development and correction.
● Comeup with idea and organizer of various Employee Engagement activities.
● Analyze data from the evaluation of each activity.
● Prepare Orientation & Onboarding for new employees.
● Work with the HR team to support and drive organizational culture.
● Manage and solve various employee problems. Including viewing the overall picture within the organization
● Design posters and other graphics.
● Contact and coordinate various matters with employees.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
● Be creative in designing Engagement activities.
● Have skills in designing artwork.
● Have skills in using Microsoft & Canva programs (the company communicates primarily through Microsoft).
● Able to use English. Emphasis is placed on writing skills.
● Have good interpersonal communication skills.
● Be open to listening to other people's opinions. Interested in HR functions
● Be enthusiastic in learning, working, and have good human relations.
● Have the skills to work in an organization. and pay attention to details
● Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good time management skills with the ability to deliver assigned work in a timely manner.
● Ready to work in April is a plus
