What we want?
- Design,implement,and evaluate a range of development programs or activities which incorporated a variety of learning methodologies
- Continuously improve Learning and Development process, procedures to fit with business needs.
- Conduct in-house training program as trainer or facilitator role.
- Provide training and training report to Skill Development Department.
- Any others project if assigned.
- Develop and deliver management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, evaluation and costs, etc.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human resources
- Possess customer-oriented mindset with good sense of people and organization management.
- Computer literacy, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good planning, organizing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Able to work well within a team, be proactive, and be able to multi-task.
- Knowledge in AI and ability to use AI-related tools and technologies.
MFEC OKR: As MFEC People, you will be a part of our talent team. Besides your main responsibilities, you do have special projects as part of OKR. However, the percentages will be different according to the positions and teams.
