Job Descriptions :

Responsibilities:  

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:  
    Design and execute integrated product marketing strategies across key digital channels, including owning and managing the 4-month launch plan, campaign timelines, messaging frameworks, and demand generation tactics.  

 

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization:  
    Plan and execute content strategies including Content Marketing & SEO to increase organic traffic and brand authority.  
    Manage performance marketing activities such as OTA ads, SEM, display, social media campaigns.  
    Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to create authentic and engaging travel-related content that promotes product adoption and brand affinity.  
    Work with external marketing agencies when necessary to develop creative assets, media buying strategies, and campaign executions.  

 

  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and coordinate GTM plans for new product/feature launches or seasonal travel campaigns.  
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to continuously optimize marketing activities.  
  • Project & Team Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness, including managing junior team members as needed.  
  • Brand & Communication Oversight: Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.  

 
Qualifications:  

  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in travel, tourism industries.  
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer campaigns).  
  • Strong grasp of campaign management, analytics, and performance marketing tools.  
  • Strategic thinker able to connect marketing goals to business outcomes.  
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, willing to learn and experiment.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.  
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (verbal and written) is essential.  

 
Nice to Have:  

  • Experience working in the travel industry or travel-tech platforms.  
  • Background in startups or fast-scaling companies.  
  • Familiarity with OTA marketing, booking platforms, affiliate programs, or digital marketplaces.  
  • Passion for travel and cultural exploration.
