Senior Application Developer (Subsidairy Company)

Responsibilities  

• Design and develop scalable Backend APIs using .NET Core, Golang, and PHP, connecting seamlessly with Web and Mobile platforms.  
• Build stable, secure system architectures and manage automated GitLab CI/CD pipelinesfor efficient deployment.  
• Act as a mentor, conducting Code Reviews and guiding junior developers to maintain high-quality coding standards.  
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform Performance Tuning for Microservices and Distributed Systems.  
• Partner with PMs and UI/UX designers to translate business needs into functional, high-performance features.  

 
Qualifications & Skills  

• 5–7 years in software development with a strong project-based background in .NET, Golang, and PHP.  
• Deep understanding of Goroutines, Channels, Context, and Clean/Hexagonal Architecture.  
• NET Core, Laravel/Symfony, Gin/Echo/Fiber.  
• SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.  
• Docker, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.  
• Strong analytical thinking, Agile mindset, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
• Experience with Flutter (Mobile), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), gRPC, and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).  
• 5 days a week (Monday – Friday).  
• On-site 4 days per week.
