Software Engineer (Software Implementer)

Key Responsibilities:  

 
• Implement and configure for full-stack monitoring, including infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.  
• Develop observability strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and third-party tools.  
• Automate monitoring setup and alerting mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve performance issues.  
• Work closely with DevOps, IT operations, and application teams to optimize system observability.  
• Design and manage dashboards, reports, and alerting rules to provide real-time insights into system health and performance.  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to monitoring configurations, integrations, and data collection.  
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security guidelines while implementing observability solutions.  
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams on using observability tools effectively.  
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in observability and AIOps.  

 
Qualification:  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, IT, or a related field  
• Experience in observability, application monitoring, or IT operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.  
• Hands-on experience with observability and application monitoring tools.  
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and databases.  
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).  
• Experience with log aggregation tools (Splunk, ELK, Loki) and APM solutions.  
• Familiarity with ITSM and IT Operations processes, including incident and problem management.  
• Scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret complex data.  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
