Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern will primarily support end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an effective and efficient hiring process. In addition, the intern will have opportunities to contribute to employer branding which support and enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination.
- Implement sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple recruitment channels.
- Assist in creating and adapting content for recruitment purposes, such as job advertisements, social media posts.
-Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus activities, or employer branding events when required.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to Talent Acquisition, recruitment process improvement, or People Excellence initiatives.
